 a cabo en momentos de fatiga\, para la recuperación después de una enfer
 medad..... Además ayuda a sostener los cambios hormonales .\n\nEn la sesi
 ón nos enfocaremos en la apertura del pecho\, de la pelvis y el alineamie
 nto del cuerpo en general promoviendo una consciencia interior plena.\n\n"
